Each soft play package is a 0 to 4 hour rental. Each additional hour is $100.
Soft play rules
Soft paly areas are designed for children between the ages of 0 and 3.
No food, drinks, gum, or sweets are allowed in the play area.
No equipment should be removed from the play area.
Absolutely no face paint is allowed on any equipment.
No sharp objects, high heels are allowed in the play area.
* Contemporary, Tan/White, Grey/White soft play area setups are indoor only, unless it’s on a hard surface
All rentals come with an attendant. Attendants will be responsible for the set-up and take-down of equipment. They will ensure that all play rules are enforced, and that equipment is not damaged. Attendant will not be responsible for the children. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
Lightning, rain, thunder, storms! Little Gym and Jam does not set up outdoors under any circumstances. Equipment has a chance of getting damaged, even if under a patio. Please have a plan b for any outside events. If by chance it does rain the day of your event, you will receive a 1-year credit. NO REFUNDS

Customization can be done on ball pits, slide arch, and bounce houses at an additional cost. Customization pricing is based on the design. Once design is finalized, you will receive an invoice for additional fee.
Tax and delivery
All rentals are subject to tax and delivery fees. Delivery fees vary depending on the location of the event.
